The Criminal Investigation Department at the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation arrested two Arab nationals for stealing an expensive wristwatch from a jewellery store in Doha, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) tweeted on Sunday.
The accused were referred to the relevant authorities for further legal procedures. The department reminded store owners about the importance of using surveillance cameras and an alarm system, and linking them with the police operations room, as this would enable the security agencies to take adequate measures within a short period, if required, the MoI said in another tweet.
