Tamu Pye Lhu (TPL), a Nepali organisation with Gurung ethnic background, recently organised an event to mark Pho Lhosar celebrations at Gulf Horizon Hotel. Ramesh Prasad Koirala, Ambassador of Nepal, was the chief guest at the event. The event kicked off with the national anthems of Nepal and Qatar. Chandra Tamu, First Vice Chairman of TPL, welcomed the gathering. The event featured various performances, including welcome songs in Tamu language. While addressing the gathering, the ambassador said that the embassy is trying its best to assist every Nepali community member. The event was concluded with ethnic Tamu dinner.
