Mowasalat (Karwa) has launched 40 new Audi A8, A6, A4 2019, and Volkswagen Passat 2019 as part of efforts to enhance its limousines fleet, it was announced on Tuesday.
The limousines, which had started plying routes since the beginning of the month, were flagged off by Mowasalat managing director and CEO Khalid Nasser al-Hail, along with Q-Auto general manager Ahmed Sharif, and other Mowasalat and Q-Auto officials.
The new limousines come with high safety and security standards with spacious and comfortable interior for passengers, in addition to an advanced sound system and spacious trunk.
The vehicles also have stronger engines, advanced transmission, and are also equipped with electronic stability control (ESP), including ABS, ASR, HBA and TPMS. In addition, the car has six airbags distributed for the safety of drivers and passengers in front and back seats, said Sharif, who also thanked Mowasalat management for their trust.
Al-Hail said: “Within the framework of meeting with commitment to customer service and accomplishing to build for delivering FIFA World Cup 2022, it is our endeavour to upgrade the complete ecosystem of limousines, with vehicle standards, driver training, enhancement of Karwa taxi app, technology upgrades, test run, monitor, and implement.
“The app facilitates ordering and booking limousines of all types round the clock. We take customer feedback and put it back in the product development cycle to update the latest version. Our aim is for our limousine passenger to have a rich customer experience and ensure their loyalty and good will.”
He added: “The company strongly believes and works with the philosophy of ‘customer excellence’ in providing all our services as a responsible and proud stakeholder in the ground transport industry.”
Khalid Kafoud, government relations and media manager at Mowasalat, said the new look of the Karwa taxi app has additional exclusive features, such as less data consumption and quick responsive time, with more options, such as ‘get estimated fare prior to booking’, ‘no additional charges whether current or advance booking’, ‘book taxi or limousine of all types, including the new luxury Audi A8, A6, A4 2019 and Volkswagen Passat 2019’, ‘sneak peek on history of bookings’, ‘set destination address for best route and schedule as per calendar’, ‘rating the service with respect to driver, vehicle and customer service’.
“Our Karwa taxi app may be downloaded from the Apple Store and Play Store or by scanning the QR code from our website and social media accounts. Our limousines services may also be availed by calling the contact centre at 800 5466 for booking.
“Our call centre also assists customers in lost and found, complaints, and feedback. The data from this is fed, tracked, and resolved, contributing to achieving the goal of ‘customer experience to customer excellence’,” Kafoud added.
