QIC Insured, the retail division of Qatar Insurance and the leading insurer in the Middle East and North African region, has opened two new kiosks at City Center Doha and Mall of Qatar, as part of its expansion strategy.
The new kiosks are located near the East Gate at the Mall of Qatar and in the basement of City Center Doha. The working hours of the new kiosk at City Center is Saturday-Thursday, 11am-7pm. The working hours of the new kiosk at the Mall of Qatar are from Saturday-Thursday, 10am-10pm and Friday from 5pm-11pm.
Offering an open lay-out and lighting that exudes a modern and receptive look, the new kiosks are well positioned to service the insurance needs of walk-in customers for car insurance, home insurance, travel insurance, personal accident benefit.
“At QIC Insured, we firmly believe in an Omni-channel click and brick growth strategy,” Ahmed Jarboey, senior claims manager at QIC Insured, said.
While QIC Insured continues to enhance digital platforms to make online customers journey more convenient, “we strive to move closer to our customers by expanding the existing network of outlets for those who prefer human interaction and seek advice on products while shopping for insurances. Hence capitalising on the ongoing trend of the mall ecosystem, opening the two outlets at the two strategic malls in Doha came in as a natural choice”, he added.
