LuLu Centre Department Store, the first project of LuLu’s operations in Qatar and established in 2000, has been revamped into a supermarket-cum-department store, it was announced yesterday.
“The renovated store, located along Al Rayyan Road opposite to Hamad Medical Corporation, is expected to become the shopping destination of choice for the residents living in and around of Al Sadd, Fereej Al Nasr, and Bin Mahmoud, and will further boost LuLu’s retail presence in the country,” according to a statement.
The refurbished store has a fresh food section consisting of a wide assortment of fruits, vegetable, dairy products, poultry and meat, fish, bakery, and hot and cold ready-to-eat food, and all other import ranges.
Exclusive display of organic and ‘free from worry’ food ranges that offer extensive import line of gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, yeast-free, wheat-free, vegan, organic, fat-free, nut-free, soy-free, salt-free, GM-free, egg-free, free range, no sugar, no additives, no preservatives, no hydrogenated fat, and other speciality food imported from around the world.
There is also a huge area on the first and second floors dedicated to department store, which houses almost all categories including garments, electronics, IT products, stationery, household, linen, luggage, sports, and home appliances. The store also features the widest choice of world-class brands and product lines at the fairest prices.
The renovated store also has a good tenant mix consisting of showrooms for jewellery, optics, watches, perfumes, mobiles, and accessories, among others.
The renovated showroom has many special promotions in the supermarket and ‘Sale up to 50%’ offers on selected categories in the department store. Also, year-end offers on mobiles, electronics, and household appliances have been launched.
