Vodafone Qatar has revealed special offers for all its customers exclusively through the My Vodafone App in celebration of Qatar National Day.
The offers include free data and calls, the company has said in a
statement.
Until December 19, customers can avail of the offers by selecting “Wave for QND offer” from the App’s main menu and waving their device. This action will open either the “Daily 123” page for prepaid customers or the “Your Offers” page for postpaid users.
To download the My Vodafone App from an Android or iOS device, one can visit the link – www.vodafone.qa/app.
The offers come on top of Vodafone’s sponsorship as the strategic telecommunications partner of the celebrations at Katara – the Cultural Village. There, visitors will enjoy events and other activities, including fireworks, musical shows, drone shows and cultural shows. These are taking place until December 19 from 4pm to 10pm at different venues – the Katara beach, amphitheatre and Katara Corniche.
Visitors will also enjoy the “Vodafone Village”, which blends the historical and modern. Much-loved cultural activities such as henna demonstrations, a falcon and trainer, traditional games in the sand area and classic cars on display pay homage to the rich cultural elements of Qatari heritage, the statement notes.
These are intertwined with the high-tech, as visitors can partake in virtual reality gaming and an augmented reality table, both powered by Vodafone 5G, as well as a digital
photo booth.
