The Qatari delegation, led by HE the Minister of Municipality and Environment Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki al-Subaie, will participate in the meetings with the aim of strengthening co-ordination with other countries during the negotiations.
On the sidelines of the conference, HE al-Subaie held meetings with a number of ministers of environment, climate affairs, energy, minerals and sustainable development in the Arab countries.
The Qatari delegation, comprising the Ministry of Municipality and Environment and other national entities, will participate in the side events of the conference, which will include presentations of the most important projects that reflect the country’s efforts in dealing with the issue of climate change, and affirm its commitment to addressing the phenomenon. - Page 16
