This service is the first of its type at the level of government entities in Qatar, the MME has said in a statement.
The information can be obtained through the number, 92656.
Hamad Khalifa al-Khalifa, assistant undersecretary for Common Services Affairs at the MME, said that the new facility comes under the guidance of HE the Minister of Municipality and Environment Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki al-Subaie to provide enhanced services to the ministry’s staff.
This is being done by opening a new channel of communication with them in order to benefit from the services provided by the Human Resources Department and implement the sustainable MME’s strategy for 2018-2022, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
Jabr Abdullah al-Attiyah, director of the Human Resources Department, said the new service will be provided via SMS.
The employee will have to send a text message from a registered mobile number to 92656.
In turn, the employee will receive a response containing significant data and information, such as leave balances, salary data, advances balance, date of obtaining the latest promotion, and performance evaluation for the last two years.
