Commander of Qatar’s Amiri Land Forces Major General Mohamed bin Ali al-Ghanim has met the Commander of the Italian ground forces General Salvatore Farina.
During the meeting, they discussed the military relations between Qatar and Italy and ways of promoting and developing them.
After the meeting, General Salvatore Farina visited the stimulation centre and its departments. He was also briefed on the latest military equipment owned by the Qatar’s Amiri Land Forces.

Assembly meeting

A delegation of the Advisory Council participated in the 64th Annual Session of the Nato Parliamentary Assembly in Halifax, Canada.
The session discussed the challenges facing European and Euro-Mediterranean security, as well as the outcome of the recent heads of state and government summit in Brussels and the results of security, political, economic and social developments in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf states.
