His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has sent a written message to Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of boosting and developing them. The message was handed over by Qatar’s ambassador to Venezuela Rashid bin Mohsin Fetais during a meeting with the Executive Vice President of Venezuela Delcy Rodriguez.
