Amir condoles with Kuwaiti leader
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, His Highness the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani have sent cables to the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah condoling the death of Sheikh Salman Mohamed Salman al-Hamoud al-Salman al-Sabah, praying to Allah Almighty to grant him mercy and rest his soul in Paradise.

Amir in phone talk with Indonesian president
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani held a telephone conversation with Indonesian President Joko Widodo yesterday. During the conversation, the Amir offered his condolences to the Indonesian president on the victims of the Lion Air passenger plane crash, asking Allah the Almighty to grant them mercy. The Amir affirmed Qatar’s readiness to offer support and assistance to Indonesia in this painful incident. For his part, the Indonesian president expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Amir for Qatar’s support.
