MEC recalls Mercedes-Benz, GMC Sierra 2500 models

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, announced the recall of Mercedes-Benz C-Class and E-Class models of 2017 because the weldability between the seat and back rest of the front seats can lead to the detachment of the backrest. The MEC said the recall comes within the framework of its efforts to protect consumers and ensure automobile dealers follow up on vehicles’ defects and repair them.
* The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Mannai Trading Company, has announced the recall of GMC Sierra 2500 models of 2015-2016 because the brake pedal pivot screw may become loose. The MEC said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that automobile dealers follow up on vehicles’ defects and repair them.
