Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) has signed a delivery service agreement with Carrefour to provide free home-delivery to all MyClub cardholders.
The Valet Trolley service is offered free of charge to MyClub members for  minimum purchases of QR250. Fresh groceries are kept in special boxes and delivered on the same day in refrigerated trucks.
Qatar Post sales and marketing director Khaled al-Emadi welcomed the joint initiative with Carrefour and reminded the customers to keep track of their address to ensure smooth delivery to their requested location.
Carrefour Qatar country manager Laurent Hausknecht said: “We have allocated a priority cash counter for Valet Trolley customers.
Customers who opt to use the valley trolley service will receive an SMS with delivery details after making payment. As a reminder, another SMS will be sent 20 minutes prior to delivery timing. For follow-up or reschedule of delivery, customers can call +974 5517 9105, 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm.
