Ooredoo Money customers can now set up recurring Hala top-ups via their Ooredoo Money Wallet, thanks to the latest feature from Ooredoo. New and existing Ooredoo Money customers can now ensure that their Hala line is always active and avoid Hala service disruptions with their Ooredoo Money Wallet account, the company has said in a statement.
The new feature has been designed to save Hala users’ time, as they will no longer need to visit an Ooredoo shop or top-up via an Ooredoo self-service machine. Ooredoo Money customers with a Hala account simply have to log in to the Ooredoo Money app or dial *140#, select ‘Ooredoo Services’, ‘Hala Top-Up’ and then “Schedule New Hala Top-Up” to begin registration for the service, the statement explains. Once the service is selected, Hala customers have to follow the instructions on screen, enter the recurring top-up amount and date to schedule a recurring Hala top-up. The new feature is available for customers setting up their own recurring top-up as well as Ooredoo Money users wishing to pay for a different Hala user’s top-up.
The Ooredoo Money app is available via the Apple App Store and Google Play store and has seven language options – English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Tagalog and Nepali. Visit http://www.ooredoo.qa/en/omm
