The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) that focuses on quality management systems and performance has certified Video Home & Electronic Center/Jumbo Electronics as an ISO 9001:2015 company, the most updated standard of its kind.
This certification assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their wider business strategy. Under this certification, there is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organisational processes that helps improve communications, efficiency and implementation of continuous improvement.

Video Home began its internal preparation for certification by evaluating existing procedures and incorporating the new requirements. The company was audited by Bureau Veritas. The certification was handed over by Vinoth K P, certification manager, and Makram Abou-Fakherddine, sales manager, System Certification Services at Bureau Veritas Certification Holding.
Video Home & Electronic Center conducts business under four major verticals: Retail, Distribution, B2B & MEP.
