National Folk and Duet Song Academy (NFDSA)-Qatar recently organised a musical programme to welcome Dashain and Tihar, festivals celebrated by Nepali Hindu community, at Al Dalla driving school.
Badri Pangeni, President of NFDSA and popular folk singer, was the chief guest at the event. Krishna Baral, President of NFDSA Qatar, chaired the programme.
The event was attended by over 500 community members. The programme kicked off with Nepali national anthem. Roji Basnet also performed at the event. Tulsi Cheetri, Nepali singer, performed four of her sound tracks at the event along with Badri Pangeni, singer and performer. Nanu Ghale, Shiva Ram Dhakal, Pravat Tirpati, Rit Kumar Shrestha, Yubaraj Chatyal, Iswor Bhandari Prem Adhikari, Mangal BK and Iswor Poudel also performed at the event.
