Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Education Above All Foundation, met with the First Lady of Paraguay, Mrs Silvana Lopez Moreira, in New York on Monday.
During the meeting, they discussed avenues of potential collaboration with Education Above All to provide out-of-school children in Paraguay access to quality education.
