Qatari Diar Real Estate Company has announced the completion of the first phase of its project, Sea Pearl Atakoy, in Istanbul, noting that all buyers will be given their residential units and full services will be completed at this stage, which includes four residential towers with 634 apartments.
Qatari Diar also said it is currently in the process of launching the second phase of the project, which includes four residential towers, a five-star hotel, landscaped gardens and retail units.
Qatari Diar CEO, Eng Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah expressed the company’s pride in its project, “Sea Pearl Atakoy” in Istanbul, which reflects the deep relationship between Qatar and Turkey, adding that project represents the strategic partnership between Qatari Diar and the Turkish developer Kuzu, one of the largest contracting companies in Turkey.

Qatari Diar is building a 128,000 sq m mixed-use project at Sea Pearl Atakoy, which overlooks the banks of the Marmara Sea.
It consists of eight residential towers with 1480 residential units, a 5-star hotel with 120 private hotel units and 95 hotel apartments, shops, with all hotel rooms enjoying a spectacular sea view.
