His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued on Tuesday the Amiri Decision No. 55 of 2018, appointing Jaber Jarallah Masoud al-Ghafrani al-Marri as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Republic of Cote d'Ivoire.
His Highness the Amir also issued the Amiri Decision No. 56 of 2018, appointing Mohammed Jassim al-Jiham al-Kuwari as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Mexico.
His Highness the Amir issued Amiri Decision No. 57 of 2018, appointing Fahd Mohammed Yousuf Kafood as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Malaysia.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued on Tuesday Decree No. 40 of 2018 approving the accession of the State of Qatar to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the text of which is attached to this Decree, and to have the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
