His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said of the Sultanate of Oman has issued a Royal Pardon to a number of prisoners convicted in different cases, on the occasion of the Renaissance Day, which falls on July 23.
The pardon included 274 inmates, 115 of them were expatriates, Oman News Agency reported.
