The Ministry of Interior launched Sunday a comprehensive field survey to measure the public's satisfaction with the services provided to them through the unified centres located in different areas of the country.

The Ministry said the two-week survey, held by the Planning and Quality Department, will cover all the service centres affiliated with the Unified Services Department.
The questionnaire will cover three main aspects related to evaluating the reception service, service procedures and work environment.
The Ministry noted that this comes as part of the field surveys series held by the Planning and Quality Department with regard to the procedures for receiving users, speed of transaction completion and responding to inquiries.
The Ministry said the surveys are important as they are one of the most important tools that help evaluate the efficiency of services provided to the public to avoid any complaints, thus improving them.
It urged users to co-operate with survey teams in the centres as their views are taken into account for the development and improvement of services.
