His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani concluded yesterday an official visit to France during which he held talks with President Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister Edouard Philippe and a number of senior French officials, pertaining to promoting bilateral ties in addition to regional and international issues of common concern. During the visit a number of co-operation agreements have been signed. The Amir sent a cable to the French president, expressing appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality during the visit, wishing him good health and happiness, and the French people further progress and prosperity.
