Ooredoo has announced that its Live Chat feature has been used by more than 40,000 customers since the service’s launch in March.
The Live Chat feature, which is available on the Ooredoo website and Ooredoo App, has quickly become one of the most popular ways in which customers are connecting with the company, and in response Ooredoo has appointed a dedicated Live Chat team to answer customer questions and queries.
Ooredoo’s Live Chat service was designed to offer customers an easier, faster way to contact Ooredoo and is available seven days a week from 8am to 10pm. The investment in the service is part of Ooredoo’s ongoing digital transformation to ensure the company’s customers can interact with Ooredoo at home or on the go.
On both the Ooredoo website and Ooredoo App, Live Chat can be found under the ‘Help’ section. One can visit the Ooredoo website or download the Ooredoo App to chat with an agent.
