Doha Bank has announced the launch of new Doha Sooq’s Arabic website to extend the e-commerce portal’s services to its Arabic-speaking customers.
This is in addition to the recent re-launch of the new Doha Sooq English platform.
Doha Sooq’s customers can enjoy an array of shopping products from more than 100 merchants on the shopping platform, all available at discounted rates.
The merchants range from LuLu Hypermarket, Ansar Gallery, beIN Shop, Al Jaber Jewellery & Watches, Al Sulaiman Jewellery and Jumbo Electronics, among others.
In addition, Doha Bank has revamped the order management system of the shopping platform to allow customers to track their orders more efficiently and with ease on both English and Arabic portals with the “first-of-its-kind integration of a cutting-edge driver application”.
Further, the integration will enable Doha Sooq merchants to manage deliveries to offer their customers an enhanced shopping experience.
Doha Sooq has also added new payment acceptance solutions and an extra layer of security to their checkout system to allow users to make convenient, safe and secure payments.
Additionally, the new feature will enable Doha Bank customers to pay using their bank accounts and Doha Miles.
The e-commerce portal offers a host of benefits to its vendors and B2B customers, such as access to a global marketplace, reduced operating costs and extended trading hours all year round.
“We are extremely proud to launch Doha Sooq Arabic website to provide our Arabic-speaking customers an unparalleled shopping experience while complementing the overall customer experience on our new Doha Sooq platform,” Doha Bank Group CEO Dr R Seetharaman said.
“With the enhanced order-to-delivery process and the newly introduced cutting-edge driver application to track each order, both English and Arabic websites have become the fastest and most convenient and secure one-stop shop for both customers and SMEs’ lifestyle needs in Qatar.”
