Banks, insurance companies and financial institutions governed by Qatar Central Bank will have their Eid al-Fitr holidays on June 17, 18 and 19.
These institutions will resume normal operations on Wednesday, June 20, sources said.
Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) also will remain closed for three days from Sunday, June 17 in view of Eid al-Fitr holidays.
The market will resume trading on Wednesday, June 20, an official spokesman of the bourse said.
