The School Evaluation Office at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education has issued the second edition of the evaluation guide of government schools.
This is an updated and revised version of the first manual which was applied to schools in academic years 2017/2016 and 2017-2018.
The second edition takes into account the observations of the relevant departments of the ministry, specialists and a range of schools.
With the beginning of the next academic year in September 2018, the School Evaluation Office will prepare training workshops for government schools to introduce to them the standards of the handbook and the updated procedures.
The department has called on school authorities to disseminate the guidance manual to all staff.
