His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received a written message from Kuwaiti Amir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, pertaining to the strong brotherly relations between the two countries and the latest developments on the regional and international arenas. The Kuwaiti Amir’s envoy, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah al-Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah handed over the message when the Amir met him and the accompanying delegation at the Amiri Diwan office yesterday.
