His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has received a written message from the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah pertaining to the strong brotherly relations between the two countries and the latest developments on the regional and international arenas.
Kuwait's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah al-Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah handed over the message when His Highness the Amir met him and the accompanying delegation at the Amiri Diwan office on Monday morning. At the outset of the meeting, the Kuwaiti Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed to His Highness the Amir the greetings of the Amir of Kuwait and his wishes of further progress and prosperity to the people of Qatar.
For his part, His Highness the Amir entrusted the Kuwaiti Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs to convey his greetings to the Amir of Kuwait, and his wishes of further development and growth to the brotherly people of Kuwait.
Later, the Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah al-Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah left Doha after a visit to the country.
He was seen off upon departure at Doha International Airport by HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani and Kuwait's Ambassador to Qatar Hafeez Mohammed al-Ajmi.
