Fifty One East, Qatar’s leading department store, welcomed acclaimed musician Miki Santamaria at its Music Square located at Lagoona Mall on Saturday.
Santamaria is a noted bass player, synth bass player, musical director and producer from Barcelona, who is endorsed by Yamaha, EBS, Kala, Ernie Ball, Olympus, Earprotech, Modulus Guitars, Lorita Basses, Merlos Basses, Right On straps and Jackfruit Clothing.
At Fifty One East Music Square, Santamaria electrified guests and excited a wide range of guitar enthusiasts. 
Throughout his three guitar workshops, he also inspired guitar beginners and proved that becoming a world-famous musician takes dedication, determination and passion, along with pure talent.
Hailed by many as one of the world’s most distinguished bass players, Santamaria has worked with musicians, bands and have done shows from all over the world such as: Burn the Floor (touring Japan, Australia and performing at the London West End in 2016), Doctor Prats (touring Catalunya since 2015), Rock of Ages the musical (in 2013 and 2014 in the US), Phredley Brown (musical director, keyboardist, and guitarist for Bruno Mars. Miki and Phred recorded an album together in 2015), Abraham Laboriel Sr. (Miki and Abe performed together twice at the Yamaha Yam Session 2014 in Madrid, Drew De Four (US), Discípulos de Otilia (touring Spain, Europe and Japan in 2008-2010), among many others.
