Al Asmakh CEO Fadi Baraka said Cityscape Qatar 2018 represents an opportunity to showcase a number of the most prestigious real-estate projects such as the Al Asmakh Logistics Park project in Bu Fesseela, Lusail 1 project, Administrative Tower in West Bay, Regency Pearl 3 Tower, Beverly Hills Lusail project, and the Paramount Residences project, which is a first-of-its-kind in Qatar with Hollywood-inspired luxury located in The Pearl-Qatar.

According to Baraka, the QR720mn logistics park project is ready for leasing, and aims to provide logistics and storage services to the country’s small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. Baraka said Al Asmakh developed a storage area Bu Fesseela, providing logistics services to cope with Qatar’s economic growth. The region has comprehensive service networks that support efforts to bridge the gap in the country’s needs in the coming years, he said.
The project has a variety of warehouses with a total area of 202,000sqm with a variety of dry, chilled, ice-cold, and open areas. It also includes a housing facility that can accommodate 3,500 workers, 270 housing units in various areas, and a 2,200sqm area for shops. Aside road, transportation, and communications networks, the project is also equipped with other services like a mosque, restrooms, multiple parking for types of vehicles, and commercial markets.
Baraka said the Lusail 1 project is expected to be completed in the third quarter this year and will be delivered to key buyers by Q4 2018. The units are priced at QR12,500 per sqm.
Located in Lusail City, the project consists of 110 housing units with a bedroom and lounge area, which is about 85sqm and includes attractive features and advanced services with the latest technology, including recreation areas, playgrounds, sports clubs, and spacious parking.
The Administrative Tower in West Bay was completed at the beginning of 2018. The 32-storey project provides 25,000sqm for administrative leasing, and a six-storey hotel with parking for 468 cars, nine intelligent elevators, high-tech surveillance system, sports club, nursery, mosque, restaurant, cafeteria, and business centre.
The Beverly Hills Lusail project is the largest residential complex in Lusail, with a 115,000sqm entertainment area. It is expected to be completed in Q4 2018 and available for leasing in Q1 2019.
Consisting of 114 villas ranging from 400m to 600m in size, in addition to 20 residential buildings comprising 320 housing units using the latest environment-friendly technology, project includes service and recreational facilities, and green spaces, including a swimming pool, nursery, and health club. The project is one of the new residential complexes offering a new concept of luxury and service, Baraka said.
The Regency Pearl 3 Tower, completed in Q1 2018, is located at the Viva Bahriya area of The Pearl-Qatar and will be available for lease in May. The project units will be unfurnished.
The tower has 20 floors and consists of 253 units of varying sizes. The project includes a private beach, various service facilities, health club, children’s playground, restaurant, cafe, and children’s pool, as well as a bar with service facilities, and 24-hour maintenance and security.
The Paramount Residences project, located at The Pearl-Qatar, is the first-of-its-kind in Qatar to boast of Hollywood-inspired luxury and is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2019. Paramount Residences consists of 196 residential units consisting of a one room, two room, three room, and four deluxe rooms.
The project will feature Paramount Homes & Resorts in a California-inspired setting. It has a swimming pool, chalets, movie room, sports club with state-of-the-art equipment, and a children’s club.
