Ibn Ajayan Projects (IAP), a leading facility and property management company in Qatar, has held a training programme in association with the Ministry of Interior (MoI) for its security-related employees to improve their skills.
Two types of training were provided as part of the initiative, one on security by the Establishments and Authorities Security Department, and another on safety and firefighting by the Civil Defence. In a statement, IAP said the programme was an initiative of Ibn Ajayan Projects chairman Mohamed bin Mahdi bin Ajayan al-Abhabi.  “Ibn Ajayan Projects holds training programmes to aid our employees in adapting to and integrating with daily work challenges and safety issues,” he said.
The induction programme was attended by 60 employees and the training was provided by MoI officers. Mohamed Samir, HR co-ordinator of Ibn Ajayan Projects, played a key role in organising the event.
