Qatar’s exclusive GMC, Cadillac and Subaru dealer,  Mannai Auto, has announced that it is holding a new campaign that encourages motorists to use only genuine parts.
The group, which has after-sales facilities in Doha, Bin Mahmoud, Wakrah, Umm Salal, Umm al Affei and Al Rayyan (Industrial area), wants to highlight the importance of using genuine parts for the
vehicles they drive.
The campaign, which runs until May 7, offers vehicle owners the opportunity to get back QR150 for every QR500 spent on auto parts and labour for 2012 and earlier models.
The offer is valid only for repairs inside Mannai Service Centres.  As part of the project, Mannai is offering genuine parts with a one-year manufacturer guarantee, the company said in a statement.
Majdi AbuAwad, senior manager, parts division, said: “Having and using genuine parts under warranty gives considerable peace of mind and safety to the motorist. Using original parts will last longer, and this will save them the added expense of potential repairs and replacements over the long term.”
Ivor D’Cunha, Auto Group senior general manager (operations), said: “Customers will have the added guarantee that they are getting best service from a company such as Mannai. We are a trusted dealer, having won so many customer-related awards for after-sales
services.”
The company recently won a prestigious service award, marking its “long and exceptional performance as an exclusive dealer to General Motors”, the statement notes. “The 64-year relationship between Mannai Auto and General Motors has been underlined by the dealer’s outstanding after-sales performances.”
Mannai After-sales achieved the first and second places in quarter first 2017 in the ‘Service and Parts Excellence Programme’ under the Parts Manager and Service Manager categories. Besides, Auto Parts also secured the first place in the ‘Retail Parts
Consultant’ category.
For first half 2017, Auto Parts topped the ‘GM MEO Accessories’ and was ranked the best in the Middle East. Mannai was also ranked in the Top 5 GM Middle East Dealers in the five years’ service retention Key Performance Indicator and GM Middle East Service Satisfaction Survey.
