The Indian embassy has announced it is collecting details of students waiting for admission to any of the Indian schools.
Parents are requested to email the embassy at [email protected]
Parents should furnish details such as name of the student and QID number, age of the student, nationality, school desired, class/grade desired, father’s name and contact telephone.
A statement issued on Monday by the embassy said it has received a number of requests for assistance, citing non-availability of seats in Indian schools in Doha.
“In order to take up the issue with the Supreme Education Council, Ministry of Education, we need to get a better sense of the number of children who have failed to get admission in an Indian school in Doha,” the statement added.
