Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir met Qatar's Minister of Transport and Communications HE Jassim Saif Ahmed al-Sulaiti at the presidential palace in Khartoum on Monday.
At the outset of the meeting, the Minister of Transport and Communications conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to the Sudanese president, and his wishes of further progress and development for the relations between the two countries.
The Sudanese president reciprocated the greetings of the Emir and conveyed his wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Qatari leadership and people.
Talks during the meeting covered issues of common interest and means of developing bilateral relations.
