Qatar Chamber yesterday held a meeting with a British commercial delegation specialised in medical field led by managing director of Healthcare UK Deborah Kobewka, where they discussed ways to enhance co-operation in the field of pharmaceutical and medical industries. Representatives of 16 British medical companies and a number of Qatari health service providers attended the meeting. Qatar Chamber member Ibtihaj al-Ahmdani said Doha hosts 622 British companies with joint investments exceeding QR14bn, in addition to 135 British companies with British capital while Britain has large and important Qatari investments.
