In collaboration with the Italian embassy in Doha, the Cultural Village Foundation — Katara has launched a photography exhibition 'Italian Excellence in Sea'.

The pictures depict the remarkable achievements of the Italian naval shipyards with emphasis on technology, design, professionalism and beauty.

The exhibition was opened in the presence of Katara's assistant general manager Ahmed al-Sayyed, Italian ambassador Pasquale Salzano, Italian Navy chief Rear Admiral Valter Girardelli and a delegation of high-ranking officers from the Italian navy.
