Several people took part in a walkathon yesterday on Doha Corniche, to mark World Kidney Day. The event was organised by Hamad Medical Corporation. A number of HMC officials and community members took part in the event to raise awareness on the importance of kidneys and women’s health. HMC had also organised a number of events all through the week at Hamad General, Women’s, Al Wakra and Al Khor hospitals to educate the public on the topic. PICTURE: Nasar T K
