HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah inaugurated on Sunday the health centre of Meqdam Camp.
The inauguration was attended by acting commander of medical services of the Armed Forces Major-General Nasser Mohamed Saad al-Kaabi, a number of ranking state officials, guests of the country, and a number of ranking officers at the Armed Forces.
The centre has a number of specialised clinics including internal medicine, nutrition, ophthalmology and ENT, dermatology, orthopaedic, physiotherapy, family medicine, and dentistry. There is also a radiology department, a lab, a pharmacy, and an emergency department.
