A lot is in store for children at the 7th Halal Qatar Festival, currently underway at Katara - the Cultural Village.
Besides getting up close with some of the animals, they can take part in various workshops at the event, including those for painting, sculpture, pottery and livestock-related activities.
The workshops and a range of fun-filled activities are aimed at giving them a deeper understanding of the country's heritage.
