Waseef, a subsidiary of Barwa Real Estate, recently held its first ‘Food & More’ event at Barwa Al Sadd for its residential and commercial tenants. On the occasion, visitors had the opportunity to sample cuisines from different countries and cultures in a warm family atmosphere, which included play areas for children and a traditional Qatari tent for parents and adults, Waseef said in a press statement. The F&B outlets at the event included The French Olive, Fy Café, Moti Mahal, Slice and Shanghai Garden Restaurant. Millennium Hotel located at Tower 4 in Barwa Al Sadd was also involved in the event, the organisers said. The Barwa Al Sadd ‘Food & More’ event was a “great opportunity to support local tourism and leisure activities for the residents of Qatar, attracting visitors from different cultures and traditions and allowing families to spend a pleasant day with beloved ones,” the statement added.
