Mozoon, described as Qatar’s premium retail loyalty programme, is bringing a three-tier reward system ‘offering exclusive privileges and services’ to its members.
The participating department stores and outlets include Blue Salon, Aigner, Kilian, Dsquared2, Ethan Allen, Highland, Gold Gourmet, Godiva, Samsonite, Nespresso, and Toys4me.
The programme, originally launched in 2010, was re-launched to include a wider retail network, which includes more than 40 concepts, over 90 retail outlets, and more than 800 brands.
Members can earn and redeem Mozoon Points on all purchases that include various categories such as beauty, fashion, home interiors, travel, delicacies, watches and jewellery.
Mozoon points are cash equivalent and can be used to fully pay with or in part along with other payment methods. Every 100 points collected are equivalent to QR10.
Customers will be able to subscribe to the programme for free and receive their Mozoon loyalty card at any of the participating outlets or via Mozoon’s website.
Mozoon’s three-tier rewards programme includes, the entry level Aqua, Azure for frequent shoppers who collect more than 500 points within 12 months of joining the programme, and Sapphire, the highest level awarded to members who collect more than 1,000 points within 12 months of joining.
“We are delighted to be introducing Mozoon, an original loyalty programme concept, to all our valuable customers” stated Ashraf Abu Issa, chairman, Mozoon.  In an effort to be inclusive of all age-groups, the loyalty programme has introduced’ Mozoon Cool’ for young shoppers between five and 16 years.
The membership is valid for life. On turning 16, members will be entitled to receive Mozoon Card’s second top tier, ‘Azure’. In addition, young members will be able to enjoy points exchange with parents.
