Models present creations by Chance on Wednesday during the Bogota Fashion Week, in Bogota. Chance – whose designers are former rebels, now demobilised – is an initiative of the ministry of defence and the Colombian Agency for Reintegration (ACR), with the support of designer Sandra Cabrales.
