An introductory office has been recently opened at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment on the occasion of launching Qatar National Master Plan (QNMP) and to achieve better communication with society and target groups concerned about urban development.
The office is located at the ground floor of Planning Affairs tower as an entity within the ministry’s customer service facility. The office was opened to answer all technical queries, consultations and achieve community outreach, in addition to better explain QNMP’s objectives, phases and main products to the public.
Experts and representatives of the Department of Urban Planning are available on a daily basis to offer answers to all inquiries and questions from the public and private developers. The office is equipped with the latest communication techniques to better facilitate answering all the questions of the public and private sectors alike.
The new office is within the customer service facility of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment.
