Stefano Panigada, advisory engineer from Dell EMC, presented the Isilon, a family of scale-out network-attached storage systems designed for demanding enterprise file workloads. He explained simplify management large data that cut costs with over 80% utilisation and automated tiering. These network-operated storage systems are capable of handling data from a scale of tens of terabytes to tens of petabytes with increase operational flexibility on multiprotocol support.
The event also saw the launch of a new finance scheme, ‘Smart Finance’, to further service the financial requirements for building better IT infrastructure. Two visitors walked away with gift vouchers presented by the sponsors.
