Al Jaber Opticians celebrated its eighth employee recognition night in Doha recently. 
The event was attended by members of the Al Jaber family, the company owners, headed by chairman Mohamed J H al-Jaber.
One of the highlights of the event was the awarding of loyalty plaques and tokens to selected staff members in recognition of their 10-year service in the company. These employees are Teresa T Encarguez, Alma Tafalla and Janaka Sanjeewa. 
Another highlight was the awarding of tokens and incentives to all the staff members who succeeded in the company’s Staff Incentive Programme for the year 2017. Also, Al Jaber Opticians – Al Khor branch was awarded and recognised as the Most Improved Branch in terms of sales performance, recording a sales increase of 71%, the company said in a 
statement. 
In his address, Mohamed J H al-Jaber emphasised the importance of “better and strong employee unity and friendship” for the success of the company and to build a better place for the next generations.
Though not present at the event, the company’s managing director, Fahad J H al-Jaber, conveyed his appreciation and recognition of all the awardees and employees through a letter that was projected on the screen. 
The event was organised and hosted by the company’s assistant operations manager, Mildred B Ngoaban, with the assistance the Admin Department heads and staff.
In the statement, Al Jaber Opticians extended gratitude to the Qatar market for their patronage of the company’s services.
