The Ministry of the Interior said that the government services complex in the Onaiza area carries out more than 20,000 transactions monthly.

This complex is one of the largest service facilities supervised by the Ministry of the Interior, represented by the unified services department, in terms of coverage of the largest geographical scope and the number of users and services provided to them.
This is due to the state's plan to provide services to citizens and residents in the geographical area in which they reside.

The complex provides all services of the ministries of state service, including the Ministry of the Interior, represented by the General Administration of Passports, the General Directorate of Traffic, as well as fingerprint services, passports and travel documents, and services for the elderly and people with special needs.
Major Ali Ahmad al-Obaidli, head of Onaiza Services Complex, said that the complex covers a large geographical area encompasing the southern and northern Madinat Khalifa, Duhail, Dafna and Bin Omran areas, as well as receiving visitors from any area in the State.
He added that the service complex is characterised by providing all government services in addition to the services of the Ministry of the Interior, which means giving the citizen and resident access to government services in the nearest place of his residence.
It includes seven governmental bodies represented by the ministries of foreign affairs, economy and commerce, the ministries of administrative development, labour and social affairs, justice, interior, education and higher education, the municipality and the environment, as well as Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation 'Kahramaa'.
The complex has state-of-the-art equipment and latest technology to keep abreast with the overall development of the country.
