At least 17 people have been killed in a fire at a plastics storage unit in New Delhi, a fire department official said.
"We have managed to douse the fire and cooling operations are on," Delhi Fire Department spokesman GC Mishra said.
The three-storey building in the Bawana area of the Indian capital was gutted in the blaze on Saturday.
"There are 17 casualties and one person was injured when he tried to jump out an upper-storey window," Mishra said.
