Ezdan Real Estate, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has announced the launch of a three-dimensional walk-through service on its website and smartphone applications, in a move to enable users to view and roam around the various residential units.
The initiative comes within the framework of Ezdan Real Estate’s ongoing development plan pertaining to communication channels with its customer base, the company has said in a press statement.
Ezdan Real Estate has developed the 3D technology and applied it in all its properties, “providing a real-like visualisation of the units and explore their details in a perfect interactive manner”, the statement notes.
The technology allows users to walk around the house and view the layout as if they are actually there. It uses a high-quality camera equipped with laser technology to measure dimensions and take panorama or 360-degree snapshots.
“This creates a ‘true’ feel of what the space looks like and helps the user navigate through the space either with the naked eye or by using a virtual reality headset through any computer, tablet or phone,” the statement explained. Ezdan Real Estate acting general manager Omar al-Yafey said, “We are pleased to unveil this service, which is compatible with all types of computers and smartphones, and allows a unique experience for our clients to enjoy such modern technology and have the possibility to roam around our properties in 3D. The technology is a user-controlled, affordable and convenient way to enable potential home seekers to take a virtual walk-through of our properties online without wasting time and effort.
“3D imaging technology reflects the future vision of realty marketing, as it helps motivate interested and potential customers before visiting the site for real. This technology has become a powerful tool to reach customers in an easy, fast and clear-cut way.”
