His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani presents Hamad bin Khalifa Sash to former speaker of the Advisory Council Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi.
His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met at his Emiri Diwan office on Monday with former Advisory Council Speaker HE Mohamed bin Mubarak al-Khulaifi. The Emir decorated al-Khulaifi with Sash of Hamad bin Khalifa, and extended, on his behalf and on behalf of the Qatari people, thanks to al-Khulaifi for his efforts in the country's service in the past years. For his part, al-Khulaifi expressed his thanks to the Emir for the honour which he cherishes.
