His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued on Tuesday Emiri order No. 4 of 2017, appointing each of HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah and HE the Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani as Deputies to the Prime Minister, in addition to their posts.
